Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at MARLEY. We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of art paintings or photos, we have outlined our Refund and Returns Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

To be eligible for a refund or return, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrived damaged or defective.


2. Process for Refunds:

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout within 15 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Process for Returns:

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide you with return instructions.

You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us at your own expense.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.

If approved, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy outlined above.


4. Damaged or Defective Items:

In case you receive an art painting or photo that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.

Please note that our Refund and Returns Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our shop. If you made a purchase through a third-party website or platform, please refer to their respective policies.

5. Exclusion of the right of revocation 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. 

- for the MARLEY Members subscription service.
